Troubleshooting Guide

Is your data slow or not working?

Please check first

  • 1.Check if you're in a throttled zone. If you purchased a daily unlimited plan, you might be in a throttled period. (Check usage: Select [Check Usage] on your active eSIM product)
  • 2.If it's a Hong Kong/Taiwan product, please check if you've completed identity verification. According to local policies, identity verification is required to use data.

If the problem is resolved after each step, you don't need to proceed to the next step.

Change Network Mode

Step 1.

Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Data Network Mode > Change eSIM 1 to LTE Preferred

If there's no Mobile Network menu Go to Settings > Others > Roaming Details > Data Network Mode. After that, turn airplane mode ON/OFF or restart your device

Manual Carrier Selection

Step 1.

Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Roaming Carrier Selection > On eSIM 1 tab, turn Auto Selection OFF and select the recommended carrier

If you have Android 18+ or no Mobile Network menu Go to Settings > Others > Roaming Carrier Selection You can check supported carriers on the product detail page After that, turn airplane mode ON/OFF or restart your device

Manual APN Settings

Step 1.

Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > On eSIM 1 tab, tap Add (+)

Enter name and APN information, then tap the three dots (:) to save

Select the saved APN from the list

First, check if the basic settings are configured correctly

  • 1.Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Mobile Data > eSIM 1
  • 2.Data Switch OFF
  • 3.Settings > Connections > International Roaming, check if data roaming is ON for eSIM 1
