After confirming the selected TripMate's travel destination, itinerary, and device, we will individually guide you through the most suitable test plan and installation method.
Q Is there any eSIM fee or separate payment required?
No. The TripTok eSIM required for the activity is provided free of charge for up to 30 days. The coverage and details may vary depending on your travel itinerary and test plan.
Q What results do I need to submit from abroad?
You will need to submit speed test screenshots at designated locations, connection status, real app experience feedback, and brief suggestions for improvement, as well as post a test review on your personal channels such as Instagram, blog, or YouTube.
Q How will the selection results be announced?
Selections are made by comprehensively reviewing your destination, itinerary, eSIM-compatible device, and testing capability. Results and activity guidelines will be sent individually to the contact info provided in your application.
